Rather an unusual working destination blind in this image. Even more so when it features on the end cab blind of Balloon Car 247 - aka 710. Taken by John Woodman as the tram is caught in traffic approaching Bloomfield Road tram stop on Lytham Road just as a Home Game has finished with crowds streaming out of the football ground. A Saturday during the illuminations means even more vehicles heading towards the promenade as usual around 5 pm.
