Standard 48 on Home Turf - years ago

Two old negatives taken in 1960 with Standard 48 negotiating its way down Clifton Street towards the Promenade track connection at Talbot Square. Note the smart shop fronts and parked cars. A closeup 'snap' of 48 returning to Marton Depot and about to take the curve into Church Street from Abingdon Street. A Marton service rail coach is passing on its way to Talbot Square with both photos taken on obviously gloomy days.
