MIB: MEN IN BLACK-POOL?

Riders on Blackpool's tramway may have felt they were taking part in a further remake of the popular Will Smith sci-fi franchise recently. A posse of similarly attired males was spotted posing for 'selfies' before crowding on to a southbound car at the North Pier stop. On closer investigation they were infact more 'Blues Brothers' than 'Men In Black' and as there were no aliens to be found on board anyway everyone paid their fare to the Pleasure Beach.

However something caught their eye as the tram approached Waterloo Road and Promenade traffic was brought to a halt as the band invaded one of Blackpool's many drinking establishments! The tram conductors were unperturbed at this encounter being hardened to exotic passengers almost every week but it did break the monotony of a Sunday afternoon duty in mid-winter!
