621 IS ON ITS WAY TO NEW HOME

It was moving day today .... for Brush Car 621 (formerly 284) which as previously announced will be featuring as a new attraction within the Beamish Museum, Co.Durham. After much preparation the journey from the storage site at Kirkham Prison to its new home begun early this morning. With the tram safely aboard the truck it was a short trip to the M55 then on its way! Once at Beamish 621 will be restored and in public service as part of the museum. All images copyright FHLT
